Refund policy
All sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
the only exception is if an item arrives expired. if you receive an expired product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the expiration date and the product packaging. once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
we do not offer refunds for opened items, taste preferences, damage caused after delivery, or any other reason.
